Communication was fast. I did find the condo a little dated but cozy and comfortable. The living room area could use more seating. With only a small couch to sit on at the end of a busy day it was hard to seat everyone comfortably. The outside deck area is extremely small and could use some updated furniture. It’s a shame what I assume was a small pond in the back is dried up creating a large hole. All of the appliances were new and worked well. Plenty of towels and extra linens for the beds and the children’s books and toys were a plus for my visiting grandchildren. Regal Palms has a great pool area with a tiki bar, restaurant, lazy river and arcade. We spent the day and enjoyed it. The only down side was we had to drive to it because it was too far to walk to. But a great area to spend the day.Verified We loved the set up and the amenities were spot on. Shopping close by, with Publix and some great restaurants. Interstate was only a few miles away and Orlando, Lakeland and Tampa all an easy drive.Dan was great.Verified Much better than a hotel for the same price! Very spacious! Nice amenities! Very responsive and helpful host!Verified Townhome was so comfortable, the kids loved the themed bedrooms. Close to all theme parks and attractions. The pool was a hit on “down days”, we enjoyed the lazy river and water slide. Our daughter had her hair braided at the resort and the boys had fun at the arcade . Planning on returning again the end of the year . Thank you !
